First, thank you to all of our customers who took the time to give us valuable feedback regarding our Service Department. From these in person comments and surveys, Modern Toyota is delighted to announce that we have made several improvements that will save you time and make your short stay enjoyable.


We understand that many of our loyal customers like to make their service appointments on the phone. For those who prefer this method, we have increased our Phone Staff by 2. That's now a total of 6 personnel who are dedicated to scheduling your vehicle appointments fast and easy while reminding you of your next upcoming one. Then of course, for those of you who would like to make your appointments online, we still offer this great service with our online scheduling form. Need an update on your vehicle, while it's currently being serviced? Our grown Phone Staff can help you with that too!

Modern Toyota heard from you that our drop off and checkout time could be improved, and guess what? We did it! You will now see 4 more Service Advisors when you come to visit. The additional staff in this location has vastly enriched our ability to get you in and out quickly while maintaining the friendly, professional service you expect.

Once you are here, relax in our vastly improved Waiting Area. With comfortable chairs, increased clean space, Wifi, snacks, cold beverages, hot coffee, tea and cocoa, you might not want to leave as quickly as we service your vehicle!

 Along with our larger Waiting Area, you will now find our Concierge, Ginger, who is available for your all of your questions. Looking for a status update on your vehicle? Need a rental or alternate transportation? Question about Wifi or even looking to grab a bite to eat? Just ask Ginger! Our Concierge is your one point of contact to anything you might need while you enjoy the short wait for your vehicle.

The speedy service continues when your vehicle goes into the shop. You can rest assured that we made the appropriate changes there too in order to fulfill all of your requests. For instance, we increased our Service Bays from 27 to 40. That's right, we've added 13 more Bays to help decrease your wait time without compromising our high levels of quality service and repairs.

When you told us that you trusted our Toyota Certified Service Technicians and would love to have more of them, we listened! We have increased this staff by 12, growing our stellar technician team from 25 to 37. By increasing our crew in this area, we can promise the same level of trust you have valued while vastly reducing any delays in service.

Then for those of you who take pride in doing it yourself, we heard your requests and increased our 3 Parts Associates to 6 Parts Associates. This resulted in doubling the speed of ordering and processing parts, in addition to answering questions in a timely manner.
