I came in for servicing maintenance. I came earlier than my scheduled time. I pulled up and Jason Osbourne (Lane Manager) was there to assist me in no time. He explained what would take place and showed me to the waiting area. He came by a little later offering a snack to everyone. I love that you can go on your phone and view the status of your service. I have been Zaoon here since 12:15. I was notified at 1:00 that u were just now starting on the state inspection of my 2024 Toyota. Lli have been here soon b 1 hrs. I am cold in here. How much longer?

Came to find a running vehicle for my family and left the very same day with a brand new vehicle. It had a full tank of gas. The car salesman made the process painless and easy. Bought a brand new car here 4 months ago and come down here to get a broken trunk latch fixed for them to tell me they don't keep the parts here that it'll have to be ordered and they can't fix it if it's not physically out even when I have pictures and it won’t physically let you shut the trunk when it falls out. Mind you, I called to schedule the appointment and explained exactly what was wrong and nobody said anything of the such. Wasted a trip and time down here.
Came in for a mechanical concern and they took care of my SUV very well! Seth, my Service Advisor (⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for this guy, by the way) kept me posted and made me aware of the repair progress. The rest of the associates like Arty and Anton were very helpful as well, (5 ⭐️s for them too!). The experience was AWESOME!!! I came back for the servicing of my Tundra the week after! That’s was how happy I was with them! The place is clean and the showroom, I did peek at their new models, different level of NICE! Thank you Modern!

Everyone here are so nice and attentive. They keep you updated on the progress of your service, giving priority to speed of service. The waiting area and restrooms are clean and well kept.
I made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation service last week. Was told it would take 1.5 hour. I had to get a baby sitter to get my car serviced. After 1.5 hours I checked in and they had not even started working on my vehicle. I only went to the dealership this go around bc a service pack was purchased for me. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Won’t be returning.

The service department is extremely slow. Each time I have come for basic service, with an appointment, it has taken HOURS. Today I have an appointment for 1:30 to have my tire checked as I had picked up a nail. I arrived at 1:14, checked in and the wait was on. At 4:23 I was finally told the nail was to close to the edge and could not plugged and I would have to get new tires, but of course they did not have my size tire in stock. I had a very good experience buying my Toyota Camry here. My salesman (Donald) worked hard to get me the deal that I wanted. The other staff was friendly and helpful as well. I wasn’t happy about the car being a hybrid as I am “old school “ and didn’t want to embrace the change from what I’ve always had in the past but it turns out….I LOVE the hybrid especially since gas prices are outrageous. Good experience and have even referred my daughter to this dealership

My husband and I came in to test drive a new 4Runner. Our salesman Nolan showed us a few but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. Nolan found one at another one of there dealerships and had it brought in for us same day. It is exactly what I wanted and he and everyone there were amazing to work with!

I have my new car, it run 10,000 miles and i did make an appointment from toyota app and it says have to pay $8.48, when i visit there they say its fake so i have to pay $106 for my new car

I scheduled an oil change appointment over a month in advance. A week ago, I called to confirm—everything was fine. Then they called me again the day before to reconfirm. I even asked specifically if I could be first in line, and I was told to arrive early.

This is the first business I've been to where they have a fridge with free water and drinks, a nice lady that comes around with a basket of snacks, everyone is very friendly and efficient. Their lobby is huge with lots of seating. And it's not like other places where the chairs are tight together. You have plenty of space. Highly recommend coming here!

Time to complete anything there is ridiculous… waited over 2 hours just to get car inspected even though I had an appointment. Also was told I needed new tires despite just buying the car from them in December .
