A miscommunication about the date-of-service appointment led to me showing up a day early--on a very busy day. The tire indicator light indicated low pressure in my nitrogen-filled tires. The technician's offer to put air in the tires would allow me to reschedule my vehicle service. That tire check led to the discovery of a nail in a tire. The communication and treatment was great from start to finish from purchasing my brand new Camry to the first maintenance I received. I had a maintenance scheduled and i was told it would be an hour wait, i was in and out in 30 minutes.
